I picked up a couple of the deals from Target this week. The Dial soap was on sale for $1.29 each, and there is a $3/6 manufacturer printable (I think it has changed to a $2/4 now), and a Target $1/2 printable (my Target let's me use multiple store coupons in the same transaction). I was able to purchase 6 Dial soaps for $1.74 total, which works out to $0.29 each. Banana Boat products are on sale for buy 2, get a $5 Target gift card. I purchased 2 After Sun lotions for $4.99 each, used 2 $1/1 Target printable, and used 2 $1/1 manufacturer printable. I paid $5.98 and get a $5 gift card, making them $0.98 for two!

I found this recipe for mock "goldifsh" that looked good, so I gave them a try. You get the crunchy flavor and it is super simple to make! Use 2 slices (or however many you want to make) of 2% cheese, slice into squares. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, I used chili powder. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degees for 6-8 minutes, until they are brown, but not burned. Remove from oven and allow to cool, they will crisp up as they cool down. Enjoy!
A lot of great Target coupons were added online today, I made a quick trip to pick up a few things. There have been so many good clothing deals lately, I think I'm set for the summer!

First, the runners complete a 5K, and then they travel back through the course on a scavenger hunt, solving clues and puzzles. I was handing out clues at the Animal Kingdom in Africa. Since the race was held from 8pm until 1am, the park was empty before the runners came through. It was kind of eerie walking through the dark park to get to our location with it being so quiet, and just hearing the wind. After the race was finished, everyone was invited to the after party, stationed over in Dino Land, where they had all the rides, games, and stands open. There was even a DJ and a huge dance floor! We got to ride a couple rides, including Expedition Everest, Tricera Top Spin and Primeval Whirl. They also had Kali River Rapids open, but I didn't feel like getting soaked at 1:00 in the morning! Here are a couple pictures from my night.
In addition to my normal price matching trip to Walmart for the basics, this week there was a great deal on frozen Tilapia fillets.

Hopefully they restock the frozen fish, and I can get back later to pick up a few more. These are normally $5.97 for a 1 pound bag at Walmart, so that is a pretty big discount with the price match! This week Target has a promotion buy 3 Nivea products, receive a $5 Target gift card. I was able to do 3 transactions and get paid to buy lotion!
Here's what my transaction's looked like: 1 Nivea 13.5 oz lotion $4.22 2 Nivea Creme Tins $0.87 each, $1.74 = $5.96 Used $2/1 Manufacturer Coupon Used $1/1 Target coupon =Paid $2.96, received a $5 gift card, a money maker of $2.04 Even without the coupons, this is still a great deal for lotion, paying $0.96 after gift card for one big bottle and two little tins. I stopped by Target and picked up a few things. They are starting to clearance out the spring snack section. I found the bonus boxes of Quaker bars for $1.86 each, and there were $0.50/1 peelies on each box, making them $1.36 for 10 bars! I used the $1/1 Target Glade coupon on the $0.99 regular priced sprays, making them free. I found a couple of shirts over in the 70% off section, marked down to $3 and $3.88, and using the $3/1 Target Mossimo coupon, was able to get one free and one for $0.88.
Saturday was my birthday, so what better place to spend it than at Disney World! Kisses from Mickey... ...And a sweet treat to enjoy while watching the parade, a mickey shaped Rise Krispie covered in chocolate and peanut butter chips!
I made a quick trip to Publix Wednesday night to pick up a few deals before the ad changed.
